The cryosauna is a (almost) full body cold therapy, i.e. a cold sauna. Large football clubs use cryo saunas to ensure the fitness and performance of their athletes.
A cryo session in the GYYM lasts up to 3 minutes. The sauna is cooled down to around -160 degrees Celsius. During such a session, the body burns up to 800 kcal due to the increased metabolism.
