The LES MILLS CORE™ workout, inspired by professional sports, is the optimal training for your strong core. Based on scientific research, this workout activates the posterior chain and increases the strength, stability and endurance of your core muscles. You also prevent injuries and support all movements in your everyday life.
There are different variations for all movement sequences at LES MILLS CORE, so that the workout is a challenge but is doable for everyone. Our instructor will guide you through this 45-minute workout and explain how to properly perform the exercises with resistance bands and weight plates or bodyweight exercises such as crunches and hovers. The hips, buttocks and lower back are not neglected either.
