BODYATTACK® is a high-intensity fitness class with movement sequences that are suitable for both absolute beginners and fitness freaks. This workout combines athletic movement such as running, lunges or jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Our instructor will guide you through the workout with energetic music and motivate you to push yourself to your limits. You'll burn up to 730 calories and feel great afterwards.
