LM BODYSTEP™ is a step workout with simple movements such as walking or climbing stairs. It shapes your entire body, but especially your legs and buttocks.
LM BODYSTEP™ combines classic step aerobics with athletic exercises such as burpees, push-ups or weight plate exercises to train the upper body. You can also show off your sense of rhythm and choose between different intensity levels so that you can get through your training safely.
The instructor is always at your side. The workout is accompanied by rousing chart music, which is a lot of fun. You'll burn up to 620 calories and leave the class feeling wonderfully energized.
Registration required (possible at least 1 day before the course).
