Description

Pilates uses gentle exercises to tone the entire body, especially the deep muscles.

Pilates trains the smallest, deep-seated muscles, such as the deep abdominal, pelvic floor and back muscles, thereby improving posture, mobility and body awareness. A quiet course that is aimed primarily at people who sit a lot and people with back problems.
