RPM takes you on a rhythm-based ride through flats, climbs, and sprints – all set to music that keeps you going. Then comes SPRINT: short bursts of maximum effort in a HIIT-style cycling workout that delivers incredible results in less time. Heart, legs, lungs – everything working hard.
